Wholesale Policies

Velnoba welcomes enquiries from builders, contractors, property managers, hearth and heating professionals and other organizations that want to order several stoves or fireplace inserts at once. This page explains how business and multi-unit orders work.

1. Key Information

• Response time: within 24 hours
• Shipping: free within the United States; United States only
• Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, paid in full when the order is placed

2. Requesting a Quote

Send us the product names or links, the quantity of each item, the delivery address or ZIP code and your business details. We reply with a written quote showing the unit price, the total and the expected delivery window. Volume pricing may be offered depending on the products and quantities; any price agreed is stated in the written quote.

3. Placing a Business Order

Once you accept the quote, we confirm the order in writing. Business orders are paid in full when the order is placed with one of our accepted payment methods; we do not offer credit or net payment terms.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Business orders follow our Shipping Policy: order cut-off time 2:00 PM (Eastern Time), processing 1 – 2 days (Monday to Saturday) and transit 3 – 7 days (Monday to Saturday) within the United States. Parcels travel by UPS; stoves, fireplace inserts and other heavy items by FedEx Freight with curbside delivery. Multi-unit orders may arrive in several shipments; every shipment is tracked.

5. Returns and Warranty

New or slightly used items can be returned free of charge within 90 days of delivery under our Refund & Return Policy. Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Products used commercially or for rental are not covered by our 12-month warranty – see Warranty & Replacement.
