Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of velnoba.com and any purchase you make from Velnoba, operated by MUNARY LLC. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

“Velnoba”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean MUNARY LLC, 8100 Seashore Hwy, Bridgeville, DE 19933, United States. “You” means the person placing an order or using this website. “Website” means velnoba.com. “Products” means the pellet stoves, wood stoves, fireplace inserts (wood, pellet and gas), built-in and zero-clearance fireplaces, vent-free gas stoves and coal and corn stoves offered in our shop.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

3. Products and pricing

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, weight, heating capacity, fuel type and venting requirements. Colors can look slightly different on screen. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We may correct errors, change prices or update product information at any time before you order.

4. Orders, contract formation and cancellations

Your order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation e-mail acknowledges receipt of your order; a contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation for the products ordered. We may decline an order where a product is unavailable or a price was displayed in error – in that case any payment taken is refunded in full. You can cancel free of charge before dispatch as described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Payment and title

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, our secure payment processor. See our Payment Policy for details.

Title to the products passes to you on delivery, once payment has been received in full. Risk of loss or damage also passes on delivery, except where an item is damaged in transit – see our Shipping Policy for how transit damage is handled.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms, timeframes and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy. We ship within the United States only, free of charge.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which offers a voluntary 90-day return window.

8. Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery as described in our Refund & Return Policy. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

9. Safe installation and use of heating appliances

Stoves, fireplace inserts and fireplaces produce heat and burn fuel, so they carry real risks if they are installed or used incorrectly. Velnoba does not install products. You are responsible for installing and using products safely and in line with the manual supplied with the item and the building codes that apply where you live. In particular:

• Install according to the manual and local building codes, and check with your local building department whether a permit or inspection is required before installation.
• Use a qualified installer for venting, chimney and gas connections – we recommend professional installation for every appliance.
• Respect the stated clearances to combustibles and the floor protection requirements given in the manual.
• Burn only the fuel the appliance is designed for – wood, pellets, coal, corn, natural gas or propane, as stated on the product page and in the manual.
• Vent-free gas stoves must be connected to the gas type they are configured for (natural gas or propane) and used only in rooms that meet the size and ventilation requirements in the manual; some localities restrict or prohibit vent-free appliances – check your local rules before purchase.
• Fit working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in the home, and have chimneys and vents inspected and cleaned regularly.

We are not liable for injury or damage caused by installation or use contrary to the instructions, the stated clearances or applicable law.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website – text, images, logos and design – is owned by or licensed to MUNARY LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. User content and reviews

If you submit a product review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on this website. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, misleading or offensive material; we may decline or remove content that does.

13. Third-party links

This website may link to external sites (for example UPS and FedEx tracking pages). We are not responsible for the content of external sites and linking to them does not imply endorsement.

14. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUNARY LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable state or federal consumer law.

16. Dispute resolution

If you have a problem with an order, please contact our customer service first – most issues are resolved within a few days. These terms do not require arbitration and do not limit your right to use the courts or consumer protection agencies of your state.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles; consumers retain any non-waivable rights under the laws of their state of residence.
