How to Find Your Tracking Number
Your USPS tracking number is included in the dispatch email we send as soon as your order ships. You can also find it by logging in and visiting My Account > Orders.
Track Directly with USPS
Once you have your tracking number, you can follow your parcel on the USPS website: tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction.
Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days and USPS transit typically takes a further 2 – 4 business days. If your order has not arrived after the maximum estimated time, please contact us and we will help right away.
