Shipping Policy

2. Shipping Outside the United States

Velnoba currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time, and customers outside the US may not be able to complete checkout.

3. Our Shipping Process

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a full summary of your purchase.

We then begin processing your order. Processing usually takes 1 – 2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Once your parcel ships, you will receive a second email with your USPS tracking number.

Transit time is typically 2 – 4 business days, Monday to Friday, after dispatch, so most orders arrive within about a week.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary slightly due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays, public holidays, weather or periods of high demand.

4. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page using the USPS tracking number from your dispatch email, or by logging in and visiting My Account > Orders.

5. If Your Delivery Is Delayed

If your order has not arrived after the maximum estimated delivery time, we recommend waiting up to 2 additional business days and checking your tracking. If it still has not arrived, please contact us at info@velnoba.com or +1 859-869-9724 with your order number and we will help right away.

6. Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you would like to cancel, please contact us as early as possible at info@velnoba.com before the order ships. Once an order has shipped it can be returned under our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us promptly at info@velnoba.com with clear photos of the problem. After review we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, and cover any return shipping.
