Thank you for shopping with Velnoba. We want you to be completely happy with your pergola and gazebo accessories. If something is not right, this policy explains exactly how returns, refunds and exchanges work.

Our 30-Day Return Policy

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price – no restocking fees. Return conditions: items must be unused, in resalable condition, with all original tags, hardware and packaging. Defective, damaged or incorrect items are always returnable at our expense.

• All original tags, fixings and hardware included
• In the original packaging
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at info@velnoba.com or call +1 859-869-9724 with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and hardware.
4. Ship it back using a tracked service so you have proof of postage.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost. For defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items, Velnoba covers the full cost of the return.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (VISA,MASTER CARD,AMEX,APPLE PAY,GOOGLE PAY) within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3 – 5 business days to post the credit to your account.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color or model, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We are happy to arrange an exchange subject to availability. If there is a price difference, we will let you know before we ship the replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used, installed or damaged items (unless faulty on arrival)
• Items without their original packaging, tags or hardware
• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards

Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some limitations may not apply to you. This policy gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable state law. Where required by law, those rights remain available to you in full.

Digital Products & Subscriptions

Velnoba sells physical goods only. We do not offer digital products, downloads or subscriptions, so this policy applies to physical products.
